RS Servim S.à r.l., a dynamic and family-run company specialised in property management, is looking for a Technical Manager in Property Management or a Junior Manager to join its team. Responsibilities

• Ensure the technical management of a residential and/or commercial property portfolio.
• Coordinate and supervise maintenance, renovation and repair works.
• Manage relationships with tenants, owners and service providers.
• Carry out regular property inspections to ensure their good condition.
• Prepare technical and budget reports for owners.
• Ensure follow-up of maintenance contracts and legal obligations.
• Prepare requests for quotes, work orders and statements, manage claims.
• Conduct entry and exit inventories, preliminary reports and follow-up of works.
• Collaborate in the technical monitoring of buildings and in the supervision of caretakers.
• Manage and monitor budgets and invoices.

Qualifications

• Technical training or equivalent experience in real estate or construction.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Experience in an administrative position is essential.
• Interest in administrative tasks as well as building technology.
• Driving licence / vehicle available.
• Good command of IT tools (MS Office, property management software).
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
• Knowledge of Swiss real estate regulations is an advantage.
