About the job
For an established long-term care institution with four wards and around 130 residents, we are looking for an AGS EBA 60-100 % to strengthen the care team in long-term care.
Requirements Profile
- Training as Health and Social Assistant EBA (AGS)
- Experience in long-term care is an advantage
- Enjoy working with elderly people
- Reliable, attentive and independent working style
- Good knowledge of German
Tasks
- Support with the daily care and support of residents
- Assistance with personal care, mobilisation and daily activities
- Observing and reporting changes in health status
- Collaboration with the care and support team
- Contributing to appreciative and individual care
