Service Technician Machines & Equipment (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF80,000 - 95,000Our client is an established Swiss industrial company that develops and produces technical solutions for various application areas. Quality, reliability and the continuous development of modern manufacturing processes are central.
Role:
You will take on the technical support of complex systems and equipment directly at the customer sites throughout Switzerland. Your focus is on rapid fault rectification and the ensured functionality of the machines after installation and maintenance. This varied role requires a high degree of independence and a strong willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
Rectification of malfunctions and rapid resolution of faults on machines and equipment.
Execution of all service, repair and maintenance orders.
Assembly and commissioning of complex systems on site.
Customer support during machine demonstrations and training sessions.
Providing technical support for the internal service staff.
Qualifications:
Completed training in mechatronics, electrical engineering, electronics or automation technology with mechanical understanding.
Advanced knowledge of the German language (additional languages are an advantage).
Understanding of the basics of PLC systems, sensors and network technology.
Strong analytical skills and structured approach.
Valid category B driving licence.
