Your tasks:
- Professional coordination and co-design of the further development of Onboarding Operations
- Ensuring correct, timely and high-quality master data management
- Monitoring and processing of incoming payments as well as control of investment strategies
- Ensuring and further developing quality standards, controls and processes
- Identifying and implementing efficiency and process improvements
- Close collaboration with customer service, compliance, IT and other specialist departments
- Participation in cross-departmental projects and taking on own specialist and process responsibilities
- Active shaping of digital transformation and automation
- Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in banking operations, back office or financial services environment
- Sound knowledge in master data management; experience with Finnova is an advantage
- Strong process and quality orientation as well as interest in digitalisation and automation
- Strong communication skills and confident appearance at different hierarchical levels
- Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style
- High personal responsibility, quality awareness and implementation strength
- Fluent German skills; French and/or English skills are an advantage
- Responsible key position with genuine scope for design
