How you shape health
- Responsibility for processing invoices, cost approvals, and service requests in the paramedical environment.
- Professional assessment of service claims and development of well-founded service decisions.
- Close collaboration with insured persons, service providers, as well as internal and external contacts.
- Coordination and execution of clarifications in complex service cases.
- Contact person for professional and administrative questions regarding paramedical services.
- Co-creation of a service-oriented customer experience through solution-focused actions and high quality standards.
What distinguishes you
- Completed medical, paramedical, or commercial vocational training
- Solid expertise and professional experience in physiotherapy
- Experience in claims processing and/or a health or social insurance specialist certificate ideally complement your profile
- Flexible, responsible, and resilient personality with precise and independent working style
- Flawless oral and written expression in German as well as good English skills; additional language skills are welcome
- Open personality with communication flair and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
