What is my role?

Our client is looking for a committed individual as a Construction Manager. You independently manage demanding construction projects from planning to handover. As the central contact person, you coordinate subcontractors and suppliers, organise site operations, and ensure that deadlines, quality, and budget are met. You value close collaboration with clients – you understand their requirements and implement them precisely.

What do I need to be successful?

• Our client requires a completed training or degree in the construction field, ideally specialising in construction management or construction project management.

• Relevant professional experience in construction management qualifies you for this position.

• You show initiative, gladly take on responsibility, and are open to new challenges.
