With around 120 employees, we operate in the areas of building construction and modernisation, civil and road construction, flooring and coverings, as well as transport – committed, professional, and firmly rooted in the Oberaargau region. We are looking for an experienced Construction Foreman Building Construction (m/f) starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Operational management of building construction sites in terms of personnel and technical aspects (multi-family houses, conversions, and industrial construction up to residential developments with a construction volume of up to 5 million)
- Link between site personnel and site manager
- Responsibility for meeting deadlines and smooth site operations
- Ensuring a high quality of execution
- Responsibility for occupational safety and compliance with SUVA regulations
- Reporting and control of services rendered
- Coordination and leadership of site personnel
- Support with general tasks on the construction site
- Organisation of efficient use of materials, machinery, and personnel
- Ongoing control of order, quality, and safety on the construction site
Your profile
- Successfully completed training as a foreman/forewoman
- Solid craftsmanship skills and practical site experience
- Ability to motivate teams and guide employees and apprentices
- Good assessment of situations and consequences of decisions
- Efficient, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- High safety awareness and knowledge of key standards
- Careful and detailed management of reporting
- Very good German language skills, spoken and written
- Driving licence category B
- Reliable, committed, and resilient personality
- Strong social and action competencies
