To support our client in their recruitment, we are looking for a:

Carpenter Team Leader

• Implement the schedule defined by the production manager and monitor the progress of the sites;
• Be the technical referent for their team (12-18 carpenters) on production issues of new all-wood, wood-metal or traditional windows;
• Monitor and ensure quality controls and production standards;
• Provide training for new employees;
• Participate in continuous improvement sessions;
• Ensure compliance with company rules regarding work methods, personnel safety and working hours.

Your profile:

• Experienced workshop carpenter, minimum 5 years in production;
• Significant experience in team management;
• Experience in window manufacturing is an asset;
• Flexibility, proactivity and excellent communication skills;
• Desire to share knowledge and passion.

Position available in Geneva - immediate start.
