- You manage computers, servers, networks, mobile devices, and other ICT components in ongoing operations.
- You support international users with technical questions and issues.
- You provide IT support for internal and external assignments, remotely as well as on-site when required.
- You maintain hardware and software inventories and ensure accurate stock data.
- You organise and conduct training sessions for users on systems and tools.
- You create and update system, support, and user documentation.
- You assist with software updates, patch processes, IT infrastructure projects, and digitalisation initiatives.
- You have completed an IT basic education as an IT specialist EFZ in system technology/platform development or ICT specialist EFZ.
- You can manage IT services in demanding environments and analyse technical problems in a structured manner.
- You work service-oriented, quality-conscious, and with a clear focus on professional user support.
- You communicate confidently with technical and non-technical users.
- You are reliable, approachable, and enjoy working with people in an international environment.
- You bring relevant knowledge or certifications, for example Microsoft, ITIL, ISO, or comparable standards.
- You communicate fluently in German (C2) and well in English (B2), both spoken and written.
- You hold a category B driving licence.

Responsibilities
- You take on 1st and 2nd level support for IT infrastructure, workstations, systems, and applications.- You manage computers, servers, networks, mobile devices, and other ICT components in ongoing operations.
- You support international users with technical questions and issues.
- You provide IT support for internal and external assignments, remotely as well as on-site when required.
- You maintain hardware and software inventories and ensure accurate stock data.
- You organise and conduct training sessions for users on systems and tools.

Profile
- You have 2 to 4 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a comparable ICT role.- You have completed an IT basic education as an IT specialist EFZ in system technology/platform development or ICT specialist EFZ.
- You can manage IT services in demanding environments and analyse technical problems in a structured manner.
- You work service-oriented, quality-conscious, and with a clear focus on professional user support.
- You communicate confidently with technical and non-technical users.
- You are reliable, approachable, and enjoy working with people in an international environment.
