Your mission:

• Ensure the coordination of logistics flows (supplies, production, shipments)
• Plan and monitor customer and supplier orders in the ERP
• Manage relationships with suppliers and carriers (follow-ups, deadline monitoring, dispute resolution)
• Monitor stock levels and propose optimisation actions
• Guarantee respect for deadlines, quality and costs
• Establish dashboards and performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, production, sales and quality departments

Your profile:

• Federal VET diploma in logistics, commerce or equivalent qualification, ideally complemented by higher education in supply chain / logistics (federal certificate, ES, HES)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in industry
• Good command of ERP tools (SAP, Abacus or equivalent) and Excel
• Organisational skills, autonomy and ability to manage priorities
• Analytical mind, good interpersonal skills and ease in communication
• Fluent French, English (and German, an asset) is required for exchanges with partners
