The Prendre Soin et Accompagner Residences (RPSA) are closely linked to the Geneva State Professional Provident Fund (CPEG) as it is their shareholder and property owner. Through a private law foundation and a limited liability company (Sàrl), both non-profit, RPSA's mission is to operate buildings for elderly people and to offer services adapted to their level of autonomy and security needs.

Clinical Specialist Nurse – Permanent Contract -

Between 80% and 100% – Grade 16

Job Description

The post holder, reporting to the Deputy Director responsible for care, will be responsible for:

• In-depth analyses of complex situations, support and training for teams in the field
• Supporting teams across all RPSA residences in acquiring and developing tools necessary for professional practices.
• Collaborating with care managers in monitoring situations requiring specialised clinical insight as well as regularly transmitting information and observations from the field
• Participating in conferences and interdisciplinary summaries
• Contributing to clinical research activities and the collection of statistics in connection with care managers and other specialists
• Participating in the development, updating and dissemination of care procedures and protocols within their area of expertise
• Exercising a specific expert role in a defined clinical field in response to the needs of residents and their relatives;

Your Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing;
• Clinical specialist title or recognised advanced training in a relevant field: geriatrics, palliative care, wounds and healing, chronic pain, cognitive disorders, clinical nutrition, clinical ethics or pain management, or equivalent
• Valid registration with the health professions register (RPS/NAREG)

Solid experience in general care in a geriatric environment;

• Flexibility, initiative, assertiveness, rigour, pedagogical and writing skills;
• Ability to work in a team and interdisciplinarily;
• Aptitude for networking and multidisciplinary collaboration

Aptitude for transmission, supervision and training of teams

Comfort with IT tools and office environments

Mobility for multisite activity
