In this role, as an IT Business Partner SAP SuccessFactors, you actively shape the support and further development of specialised SAP applications in the HR environment. You take responsibility for ensuring that the associated processes function stably, efficiently, and user-friendly. You work closely with the specialist departments and translate their requirements into sustainable IT solutions. Together with internal and external partners, you ensure the smooth running of numerous support processes. In doing so, you contribute decisively to the organisation being able to manage its personnel processes securely and with a future-oriented approach.
Responsibilities:
- You ensure your expertise in the areas of SAP SuccessFactors and HCM and guarantee continuity as well as further development
- In this role, you work closely with specialist and IT teams, resolve disruptions, and implement change requests
- As an IT Business Partner SAP SuccessFactors, you plan and carry out necessary updates and handle disruptions as well as new requirements
- You coordinate external and internal resources and define interfaces to and from SAP SuccessFactors/HCM
- In this role, you regularly maintain the systems also outside regular working hours and take on the management of ICT projects in the ERP solutions environment
- As an IT Business Partner SAP SuccessFactors, you work closely with the teams of the Directorate Digital & Technology (technical support, medical services, network and infrastructure, security)
Qualifications:
- You have solid SAP knowledge and at least 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- You master the SuccessFactors solutions
- You are familiar with the HCM module in an SAP ECC environment; experience with SAP S4H is an advantage
- Ideally, you have several years of experience as an SAP key user, a strong interest in IT, and a willingness to engage with technical aspects
- Ideally, you bring several years of experience in the hospital environment
- You communicate fluently in French and German, have excellent interpersonal skills, and are prepared for on-call duty up to a maximum of 4 weeks per year
