About the job
Within the Aesthetic Medical Centre of Clinique La Prairie, you ensure personalised and high-end care for our patients, while contributing to the smooth administrative and operational running of the centre.
At the interface between patients, doctors and internal teams, you perform a versatile role combining nursing care, medical coordination, administrative follow-up and quality of service.

Your responsibilities
- Welcome and support patients throughout their journey;
- Manage appointments and optimise doctors’ schedules;
- Prepare and monitor patient files, consents and medical documents;
- Ensure traceability and archiving of information in accordance with internal procedures;
- Coordinate communication between patients, doctors and various departments;
- Perform blood sampling, from preparing the patient and equipment to labelling and transporting samples;
- Carry out nursing acts and medical-aesthetic care within your competencies, on prescription or medical delegation when necessary;
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures and treatments;
- Prepare rooms and cabins and ensure compliance with hygiene, asepsis and safety protocols;
- Follow up with patients after their consultations or treatments, according to medical recommendations;
- Manage billing, payments and administrative follow-up of services and products;
- Participate in stock management, inventories, orders and expiry date control;
- Report incidents or malfunctions and contribute to continuous service improvement.
Your profile
- Nursing diploma recognised in Switzerland;
- Practice authorisation when required;
- Excellent proficiency in blood sampling;
- Experience in a medical or medical-aesthetic environment preferred;
- Very good command of French and good level of English;
- Comfortable with administrative tasks and common IT tools;
- Strict respect for professional confidentiality, internal protocols and your scope of practice.
