Project Manager / Team Leader in the Field of Architectural Planning, 80-100% (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You take responsibility for demanding planning projects and accompany them from execution planning to detailed elaboration
• In doing so, you coordinate internal planning teams and ensure a smooth flow of information between all project participants
• You ensure that quality, deadlines and economic requirements are always met
• You plan resources proactively and identify optimisation opportunities as well as potential risks early on
• You also develop practical solutions for planning challenges and drive your projects forward with decisiveness
• In addition, you contribute your expertise to the further development of internal processes and the preparation of project foundations
• The workload can be between 80 and 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a qualification as an architect FH / architect ETH, as a technician HF / technician HF architecture or have completed a comparable training
• In addition, you bring several years of experience in execution planning as well as in managing demanding construction projects
• You work confidently and competently with Archicad
• You are also familiar with Swiss construction processes, standards and legal requirements
• Your working style is structured, forward-looking and characterised by entrepreneurial thinking
• Do you value teamwork and convince with your communication skills as well as your natural leadership qualities?
