Car Salesperson
Your tasks
- Accompanying customers throughout the entire customer journey
- Lead management (handling telephone and written customer enquiries)
- Conducting customer discussions and administrative processing of the sales process (quotation creation, financing, insurance and warranty extensions)
- Maintaining existing customers as well as acquiring new customers
- Instructions during vehicle handover
- Assistance at internal exhibitions
Your profile
- A completed apprenticeship in the automotive trade with a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ), commercial clerk EFZ or retail specialist EFZ
- Sales talent with a performance record or a drive for top performance - not just participating, but actively driving success
- Enthusiasm for car sales and everything that embodies petrol, electricity and innovation
- Customer- and service-oriented personality with strong communication skills as well as a confident and convincing manner
- Native German speaker mandatory; good English and French skills are an advantage
- Flexibility, high willingness to learn and affinity for new technologies and innovations
- Driving licence category B
