We are looking for a kitchen assistant for the new, renowned restaurant X1291 ächt.guet.
Job Requirements
- First experience in gastronomy is an advantage.
- Reliability, punctuality, and ability to work in a team.
- Resilience and awareness of hygiene.
Area of Responsibility
- Preparation (Mise en Place): Washing, cleaning, and cutting vegetables, salad, and fruit.
- Preparation: Supporting the chefs in preparing simple dishes, sauces, dips, or plating.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and internal company guidelines.
- Hygiene: Adherence to HACCP guidelines, disposal of waste.
Personal Requirements
- Neat appearance
- Fluent (Swiss) German
- Willingness to work evening and weekend shifts
