The Addiction Jura Foundation (FAJ) is a semi-public foundation active in the prevention, treatment, and risk reduction related to addictions in the canton of Jura. It employs approximately 25 FTE across three sites, in close connection with the Canton (service contract), the Jura socio-health network, and Romandy authorities (CRIAD).
The Foundation is undergoing a profound renewal: the Foundation Council was completely renewed at the beginning of 2026, a new management team has been in place since November 2025, and an institutional diagnosis was launched in September 2026 with all teams. This will lead in spring 2027 to an institutional project 2027-2031 as well as an update of the therapeutic model and the scope of services, both outpatient and residential. The two pole managers will be full actors in this process.
In this context, the FAJ is advertising for:
Two Pole Managers (m/f) at 90%
- Outpatient Pole
(Delémont – Porrentruy) – start date: 1 January 2027 or to be agreed
- Residential Pole
(Le Prédame – Les Genevez) - start date: 1 January 2027 or to be agreed
Your mission
Reporting to the Director and member of the Management Board, you will oversee all activities of your pole: quality and continuity of support, management of the multidisciplinary team, budgetary and administrative management, representation with partners. This is a management, leadership, and representation role, distinct from clinical field functions.
Your main responsibilities
- Strategic and operational management: ensure the quality, continuity, and accessibility of services; implement the institutional project within the pole;
- Monitoring and quality: quality standards (QuaThéDA, ISO), CRIAD/SAS indicators and legal obligations; monitoring budget, billing, and reporting; responsibility for the pole's budgetary balance;
- Team management: lead and unite a multidisciplinary team with a delegation approach; support the professional development of staff; prevent psychosocial risks;
- Interface and partnerships: act as the link between the pole, management, and the Foundation Council; represent the pole with the Canton and network partners; contribute to inter-pole reflections.
Specificities according to the pole
- Outpatient pole: consultations, therapies, prevention and risk reduction; emerging addictions; enhancement of services and development of new offers; travel between Delémont and Porrentruy.
- Residential pole: 24/7 support (accommodation, therapeutic follow-up, reintegration); safety and quality of life in accommodation; optimisation of occupancy rate; increased presence at Le Prédame.
Your profile
- Higher education in health, social work, psychology, specialised education or management;
- Experience in the broad socio-health field (addictions, mental health, psychiatric disability, social action, care);
- Proven experience in managing multidisciplinary teams (minimum 3 years) — a decisive criterion;
- Mastery of management tools (budget, quality indicators) and governance issues of a public utility institution;
- Unifying leadership, constructive tension management, solution-oriented;
- Transparency and exemplary conduct; taste for collaborative work and learning organisation.
