What you achieve

• Receiving telephone damage reports
• Independent examination and processing of property insurance claims
• Assessment and forwarding of complex claims to the field service
• Clarifications with customers and craftsmen
• Advising our customers regarding contract coverages

What you bring

• You have a commercial education and/or experience in claims settlement, preferably in the property sector
• You demonstrate a strong customer orientation and service mentality
• You possess excellent communication skills as well as a reliable and structured way of working
• You are proficient in MS Office and quickly learn new IT tools
• You speak fluent German; Italian/French is an advantage
