Head of Decentralised Energy Supply (m/f/d)
In this key role, you are responsible for the planning, operation and further development of photovoltaic systems and heat networks, as well as for leading your team. At the same time, you actively shape the energy transition and ensure successful communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- In this role, you lead a team of at least 8 employees and report directly to the CEO.
- The planning, control and operation of large photovoltaic systems for the company’s own power plant portfolio are within your area of responsibility.
- The development and realisation of heat networks in the company’s own supply area as well as in neighbouring cantons are also part of your duties.
- You take responsibility for the economic and technical implementation of projects and systems.
- The management of our subsidiaries/heat networks is under your responsibility.
- You ensure professional communication with all stakeholders – from employees through management and the board of directors to political representatives.
- You actively contribute to the further development of the company and shape central topics of the energy transition.
- You hold a degree in electrical engineering or mechanical engineering and ideally a postgraduate diploma in business administration.
- You bring several years of experience in the planning and operation of photovoltaic systems, especially on large roof areas, as well as knowledge in the field of heat networks.
- You have already gained experience in leading teams and develop specialists purposefully.
- Analytical thinking as well as a structured and at the same time pragmatic hands-on mentality characterise you.
- Confident interaction with different stakeholders and target group-oriented communication at all levels are among your strengths.
- Entrepreneurial thinking and the desire to actively shape the energy transition complete your profile.
- You are proficient in the use of common MS Office products and have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
- A category B driving licence is an advantage.
