Your tasks
- You are jointly responsible for ensuring the quality of care and the evidence-based further development of nursing practice in the areas of respiratory support and ventilation
- Together with your colleagues, you take on the professional leadership of nursing staff in complex ventilation situations and respiratory support therapies
- You promote, accompany and support nursing staff as well as health professionals in the areas of respiratory support and ventilation
- You are part of the shared leadership nursing team and work closely with nursing management and education
- You represent nursing in the interprofessional rehabilitation team and conduct internal training on respiratory support and ventilation
Your profile
- You have completed further training as a respiratory therapist or expert in respiratory care
- Several years of professional experience as a qualified nurse in acute and/or rehabilitation care with specialist responsibility
- You are a personality with leadership skills and are passionate about the further development of nursing practice
