Your tasks

• Co-responsible for the professional preparation and presentation of all diet types according to the menu plan and special requests, preparatory work, etc.
• Cleaning tasks
• Co-responsible for efficient stock management
• Compliance with the HACCP concept and occupational safety guidelines
• Proper and professional organisation of work within the kitchen service

Your profile

• Professional experience as an assistant cook
• Joy in cooking and independent meal preparation
• Flair for decorating and plating dishes
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoyment of varied challenges
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
