Role:
In this responsible position, you will take over the accounting of listed real estate portfolios, prepare complex financial statements according to industry-specific standards and act as a valued sparring partner for asset and portfolio management as well as executive management.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for independent bookkeeping as well as the preparation of monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements for real estate funds and investment foundations.
You manage cash management and consolidate externally managed property accounting.
You accompany audit processes and act as a financial sparring partner for asset managers, project developers and management bodies.
You drive the further development of digital financial processes and automated reporting tools (including Power BI).
Qualifications:
Professional certificate in finance and accounting, fiduciary or a relevant degree (FH/HF).
Several years of professional experience in accounting, preferably in real estate, funds or fiduciary environment.
Solid experience in financial statement preparation, VAT processing and taxes as well as excellent MS Excel skills.
Analytically strong, solution-oriented personality with a high affinity for digitalisation and clear communication.
Fluent German; additional languages are an advantage.
