Role:
You support and develop customers further and ensure that their IT solutions are reliable, secure and future-proof. In this senior position, you install and maintain environments based on Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Citrix/Horizon/RDS) and firewall solutions. You carry out maintenance, support customer teams in daily operations and act as an escalation level in 3rd-level support. You also support employees with technical issues and bring your analytical skills as well as your solid expertise – with an empathetic, respectful approach towards colleagues and customers.
Responsibilities:
You continuously support and develop customers
You install and maintain IT solutions based on Microsoft Windows (Server/Client), Microsoft 365, VDI systems (Citrix/Horizon/RDS) and firewall solutions
You perform maintenance and ensure stable operations
You support customer teams in their daily work
You take on 3rd-level support for complex technical issues
You also support employees with technical concerns
Qualifications:
You have several years of experience in system engineering
You possess strong analytical skills
You have very good expertise in Microsoft 365 (M365, Intune, MDM, Teams) as well as VMware (Horizon VDI, ESX)
You are motivated to continuously develop yourself personally and professionally
You work with a high degree of self-organisation
You have empathetic skills, maintain a respectful approach with colleagues and customers, and communicate very well in German and English
