ERP Software Consultant and Developer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF95,000 - 120,000Do you want to actively shape the digital transformation of SMEs? Our Rocken partner develops and sells a highly flexible ERP solution used in various industries – from trade to production to service. As an independent software manufacturer, the company combines technological innovation with customer-oriented consulting. In this role, you manage complex ERP implementations, analyse business processes, and develop customised solutions. You work closely with customers, understand their requirements, and translate these into functional concepts. You benefit from direct contact with development. Short decision-making paths, independent work, and a team that combines respect for problems with implementation strength characterise everyday life. Are you ready to create real added value as a link between technology and business? Then our Rocken partner looks forward to your application.
Role:
You don’t just want to write code but experience firsthand how your solutions measurably improve business processes and facilitate decisions in users’ daily work. In this role, you take on the design, development, and adaptation of modern ERP solutions precisely tailored to the needs of demanding companies. You are responsible for analysing requirements, technical implementation, and continuous optimisation of existing processes in the system. As an ERP software consultant and developer, you accompany customers from the idea through implementation to productive use and train them in the efficient use of the software. You combine technical know-how with business understanding to create sustainable, practical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You analyse customer processes in trade and production and actively shape their mapping in TOSCA.
- In this role, you develop customer needs, create specifications, and conduct detailed analyses of inventory management, logistics, EDI, service, CRM, accounting, e-commerce, and production.
- You develop suitable ERP solutions directly in TOSCA and ensure their successful introduction to the customer.
- As an ERP software consultant and developer, you accompany implementation projects and, depending on experience, also take on project management.
- You maintain a partnership-based exchange with customers and partners and act as the central contact person.
Qualifications:
- You program confidently at an intermediate to advanced level; experience with database-related development (ideally Oracle/PL-SQL) or excellent knowledge in agentic coding is a plus.
- You competently use AI and deliberately employ it as a tool to support and extend your skills.
- You enjoy solving concrete customer problems and see your role as a service rather than merely processing tickets.
- You act proactively, handle pressure situations responsibly, and are willing to go the extra mile if necessary.
- You appreciate scope for creativity in your daily work, manage well without pronounced hierarchies, and value continuous professional development.
Benefits:
- Flexible working hours: Home office / part-time possible
- Good transport connections and accessibility: Directly at the station
- Parking participation or takeover: Parking space
- Free fruit and drinks: Coffee & fruit
- Above-average holidays and days off: Five weeks’ holiday
