To support the development of our Group, we are looking for an ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT to complete our General Company teams, located in Vuadens (FR) as well as Crissier (VD).

Your mission

• Assist managers in the administrative and financial monitoring of projects

• Prepare and submit tender files; actively participate in calls for tenders and awards

• Write, format and ensure the quality of letters, minutes and contractual documents

• Manage invoicing, monitor financial situations and ensure structured filing of documents

• Collaborate with the administrative team, contribute to cross-functional tasks and, depending on experience, participate in the training of an apprentice

Your key skills

• You hold a commercial employee CFC or an equivalent qualification

• You can demonstrate at least 3 years of experience, ideally in the construction sector or in a general company

• You have excellent writing skills in French

• You are proficient in the Office suite and comfortable with IT tools

• Autonomous, you work with rigour and precision
