What to expect

• You impart professional skills and accompany the learning process of a group of trainees.
• You ensure high-quality nursing and care of patients within the learning team.
• You plan and organise the training in close cooperation with the nursing education manager.
• You work interdisciplinarily and interprofessionally in a committed and stable team.

What you bring

• Diploma in nursing HF or BScN as well as professional experience in the acute sector as a trainer
• Passion for education and a high degree of pedagogical skill
• Assertiveness and interest in representing education
• Enthusiasm and joy in working with a group of trainees
• Willingness to take on challenges
• Organisational talent and resilience
