About the job
Your missions
Quality management in production
- Drive the daily quality performance of a manufacturing workshop.
- Monitor quality indicators and implement necessary actions for their improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards within production sectors.
- Participate in management meetings and quality performance reviews.
Non-conformity management
- Identify, analyse and address quality incidents.
- Manage corrective and preventive actions.
- Use problem-solving methodologies to eliminate root causes.
- Ensure monitoring and validation of the effectiveness of actions taken.
Technical support and continuous improvement
- Support teams during production launches.
- Raise awareness and train employees on good quality practices.
- Participate in continuous improvement and operational excellence projects.
- Contribute to the improvement of manufacturing and control processes.
Supplier relations and internal partners
- Ensure quality follow-up with suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with Production, Industrialisation, Methods and Quality teams.
- Participate in internal and supplier audits.
- Ensure dissemination and good understanding of quality requirements.
Your profile
Education
- ES Technician in Microtechnology
- ES Technician in Mechanics
- HES Engineer in Microtechnology or Mechanics
- Additional training in Quality highly appreciated
Experience
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in an industrial quality role.
- Experience in the watchmaking, microtechnology or precision mechanics industry appreciated.
- Proven experience in quality management in a production environment.
