IT Operations Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the stable operation of ICT systems and ensure that applications and infrastructure function reliably. You analyse support requests, identify faults, and implement targeted measures to resolve issues. Furthermore, you coordinate system adjustments, oversee updates, and ensure that technical changes are properly documented. You provide advisory support to users and assist them with technical queries. Through your professional approach, you contribute significantly to the continuous optimisation of the ICT environment.
Responsibilities:
- You ensure the smooth operation, support, and further development of applications, primarily SaaS solutions
- In this role, you provide 1st and 2nd level support for around 40 users
- As an ICT system and support specialist, you configure and maintain IT workstations regarding hardware and software
- You create clear documentation and conduct training sessions for users
- In this role, you continuously work on digitalisation within a project group of business and ICT
- As an ICT system and support specialist, you contribute to projects from conception and evaluation to realisation
Qualifications:
- Ideally, you have a basic education in computer science such as an ICT specialist EFZ
- You are interested in a broad range of tasks
- You are characterised by a strong service and customer orientation
- You work independently and gladly take on personal responsibility
- You have solid networking knowledge and experience with Microsoft Windows
- You bring knowledge of Microsoft O365, PowerShell, Entra-ID, Intune, SharePoint, MS Defender, and Power Automate
