Would you like to run your own paediatric practice and shape your professional future yourself? For a paediatric practice in the canton of Basel-Landschaft, directly adjacent to the city of Basel, we are looking for a specialist in paediatrics and adolescent medicine as a partner and practice successor.
You will join as a partner and take over the practice completely after a transition period of two to three years. The succession is contractually regulated from the outset by a practice takeover agreement with a clear timeframe.

Your Tasks
- Independent outpatient care of infants, children and adolescents
- Conducting preventive examinations as well as diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses
- Advising and long-term support of parents and caregivers
- Co-shaping medical care and practice organisation
- Assuming medical and entrepreneurial responsibility within the framework of the agreed practice succession
Our Requirements
- You hold a specialist title in paediatrics and adolescent medicine or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Interest in the pneumological field
- You work clinically confidently and value personal, continuous care of children, adolescents and their families
- You bring entrepreneurial interest, a sense of responsibility and a clear desire to run your own practice in the long term
- Very good German skills as well as binding and appreciative communication complete your profile
- Experience in a paediatric practice is very welcome
- Specialists from the clinical environment who wish to take the step into self-employment are also addressed
