Financial and Accounting Specialist 80-100%

For an internationally oriented corporate group, we are looking for a financial and accounting specialist / deputy CFO for the Swiss location in the Lenzburg area.

Your Tasks

• Management of financial, accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting including processing of payment transactions, dunning and VAT returns
• Assistance with the annual financial statements according to OR, monthly closings
• Reporting to the group, budgeting, cost calculations and cash management
• Assistance with payroll accounting, settlement of social insurances, withholding tax and daily allowances as well as year-end payroll settlements
• Participation in the expansion of cost accounting, definition of KPIs and optimisation of financial and payroll processes in cooperation with the CFO

Our Requirements

• Commercial basic training
• Further training at the level of the federal diploma in financial and accounting management
• Several years of professional experience in financial, accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
• Knowledge of payroll accounting and administration is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form and solid English skills
• Confident handling of MS Office and ERP systems
• Independent, precise working style with a strong affinity for numbers
• Team-oriented, discreet and reliable personality with a hands-on mentality
