What awaits you at Speedcom
- Leadership and further development of the service desk team
- Ensuring efficient and high-quality 1st level support
- Control, prioritization, and monitoring of ticket and resource management
- First point of contact for internal and external customers for technical inquiries (phone & email)
- Coordination of the operational service desk operations and ensuring smooth processes
- Proper escalation to 2nd and 3rd level support of IT system technology
- Interface and close collaboration with IT system technology and other departments
What you should bring
- Completed training in the IT field or comparable professional experience
- Solid experience in IT support or service desk environment
- Leadership experience or further training in leadership and communication is an advantage
- Strong understanding of support processes, ticketing systems, and service quality
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- High sense of responsibility and organizational skills
- Communicative and team-oriented personality with assertiveness
- Very good German skills, good English skills in spoken and written form
- Driver's license category B
