Job Description
- Management of liquidity accounts and client treasury accounts, bank reconciliations
- Collection of rents and other income
- Payments to suppliers and other disbursements
- Processing reminders and formal notices in collaboration with the manager
- Preparation of quarterly, half-yearly or annual management statements
- Preparation of heating, hot water and ancillary cost statements
- Maintaining the accounting of managed co-ownerships, collection of charge advances
- Handling reminders and disputes in collaboration with the manager
- Supporting the company’s accounting service manager in managing accounting takeovers of new mandates
- Supporting, if necessary, the company’s accounting service manager in preparing the elements required for general accounting
