Your mission :

As a planner, you are at the heart of activity coordination:

• Organise and optimise the schedules of care and support staff
• Ensure the follow-up of information related to clients, collaborators and interventions
• Manage daily adjustments (unexpected events, absences, emergencies)
• Support the team with various administrative tasks
• Ensure smooth communication between the different stakeholders

Your profile:

• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in planning and activity management.
• Ability to adapt to change and excellent stress management.
• Strong organisational skills.
• Comfortable in dynamic and constantly evolving environments.
• Good priority management, rigour, flexibility and dynamism.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a taste for teamwork.
• Good command of common office tools.
