Maintenance Specialist (m/f/d)

Tasks

• Maintenance and servicing work on properties
• Cleaning work within shared apartments
• Minor repairs and maintenance work
• Care and maintenance of garden areas
• Cleaning of buildings and operational areas
• Monitoring of technical systems

Requirements

• A completed apprenticeship as a Maintenance Specialist EFZ as well as an all-rounder in facility services
• Technical understanding as well as practical and interconnected thinking
• Outgoing personality and enjoyment in dealing with people
• Team player and proactive personality
• Driving licence category B
• Manual dexterity
