Head of Technical Services & Infrastructure 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

• You take overall responsibility for our infrastructure, the mechanical workshop as well as the experimental and show garden - including the overwintering business for external customers

• You ensure that all internal services run smoothly for the entire organisation - also at all external locations

• You plan and implement construction, renovation and infrastructure projects?

• You lead your team both personally and professionally and advance the employees

• You keep an eye on budget, costs and investments and ensure transparent reporting

• You continuously develop our energy, waste disposal and safety management?

• You ensure that all legal requirements regarding occupational safety and health protection are met

• You build and maintain sustainable relationships with internal and external partners

What do I need to be successful?

• Technical or craft basic training with EFZ plus commercial further education (an additional horticultural qualification or corresponding experience would be great, but not a must)

• Solid know-how in building technology and occupational safety

• You think entrepreneurially, can assert yourself and have service in your blood

• Several years of experience in leadership and in a similar job

• You feel comfortable with digital tools and use them naturally

• You appear confident and respectful and manage to build trust
