Your working environment:
You join the Operations Management, responsible for overseeing the sites of all Alpenda projects. Its mission is to guarantee a high level of quality, safety, environmental respect, as well as control of deadlines and budgets. Our specialised teams work on varied projects, both new builds and renovations, in residential and functional sectors. Recognised for our expertise in delivering high-end projects, we place particular importance on supporting our clients, transparency in our communications, and excellence in our services. As a Project Manager, you ensure the technical management and smooth progress of the project. You also ensure the company is well represented and are a true on-site leader, recognised for your versatility and ability to unite the various stakeholders.
Your responsibilities and tasks:
- You organise, supervise and support the teams assigned to the project
- You ensure overall planning and management of the works in compliance with the set objectives.
- You participate in project meetings with the Client and ensure follow-up of decisions and associated documentation
- You maintain and develop relationships with the Client, representatives, contractors and authorities
- You analyse tenders, compare bids and manage the awarding process. You support teams in negotiations with contractors and partners
- You oversee the preparation of contracts, amendments and contractual documents
- You ensure the financial monitoring of the project, including budget management, cost control, validation of payment situations and preparation of the final account
Why not you?
- Do you hold a diploma as an ETS, HES or EPF architect, building or civil engineering draughtsman, building engineer or an equivalent qualification?
- Have you received training in construction management or project management?
- Do you have at least 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager, ideally within a Total or General Contracting company?
- Do you have successful prior experience in Switzerland in a similar role?
- Do you possess solid technical, financial, planning and quality control knowledge gained through your experience?
- Is your ability to unite, coordinate and support teams recognised?
- Is your experience in contract management, negotiation with contractors and partners, as well as tender management, a real asset?
- Are you ready to commit to this project located in the canton of Valais?
