Head of Fiduciary and Advisory Mandates (m/f/d) 80 to 100%
Challenging tasks and increasing responsibilities
- Organisation, monitoring and management of fiduciary mandates for companies of all sizes, local and international (accounting up to the balance sheet, preparation of reports and general administration of companies of various legal forms, payroll management)
- Ongoing file management, administrative follow-up, financial accounting, debtors, creditors, liquidity, personal and corporate taxation, VAT statements and reconciliations
- Collaboration with experts from other departments, notably tax, audit and legal
- Participation in occasional mandates for business valuation, consolidation and financial planning
- Active participation in the management and development of the branch as well as in retaining existing clients
Your Profile
5 to 10 years of successful professional experience in a similar position within a fiduciary firm- Diploma as Fiduciary Expert, Finance and Controlling Expert or Chartered Accountant, or about to obtain it (end in 2026 or 2027)
- You enjoy client contact and are particularly committed to them
- You like working in a team; your positive attitude and interpersonal skills are recognised and appreciated
- You have a strong affinity for IT tools; good knowledge of Abacus would be a plus
- Thanks to your flexibility, rigour and professionalism, you work independently and responsibly and know how to show initiative and proactivity
- Ideally, you have a B1 level in English allowing you to follow a meeting and express yourself simply. German is an asset.
