As a ServiceNow Consultant, you advise clients in the field of IT Service Management, digitalisation and process optimisation, and support the implementation of applications based on ServiceNow.
As part of the consulting services, implementation and support of ServiceNow-based applications, we recruit potential Business Analysts on behalf of a partner.
- Creating concepts and specifications in collaboration with clients
- Architecture and design of complex process applications of the ServiceNow product line
- Assisting in the implementation of the designed solutions
- Technical project management taking commercial requirements into account
- Assisting with the installation of software solutions and product launch at the client
- Supporting sales within the scope of pre-sales activities
- Proven ServiceNow project experience as a consultant and developer
- ServiceNow certifications
- Experience in project management
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written
- Independent working style, entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Willingness to achieve above-average results in a young, motivated team

- Willingness to achieve above-average results in a young, motivated team
