Business Application Manager (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner is a diversified international group headquartered in Germany. Direct sales, i.e. sales from the manufacturer to the consumer without intermediary trade, form the business focus. The range includes household appliances, especially multifunction kitchen machines and vacuum cleaners, as well as cosmetics, carpets and floor coverings.
Role:
You are looking for a challenge where you not only manage business-critical applications but actively develop them further. In this role, you take responsibility for managing and further developing applications that make a significant contribution to business processes. You are responsible for actively shaping business processes and work closely with the IT team. As an experienced individual, you bring your skills and knowledge to strengthen the digital and operational experience for customers and consultants. You are an important part of the team and actively shape the future of digital processes.
Responsibilities:
- You take end-to-end responsibility for business-critical applications
- You manage roadmaps, backlogs, priorities, releases, UATs and documentation
- You analyse functional and technical issues and coordinate sustainable solutions with external partners
- You translate requirements from the business and user feedback into concrete further developments
- You ensure stable, secure and compliance-compliant operations
- You work closely with end users, IT, specialist departments and software providers
Qualifications:
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an Application Manager, Technical Product Owner, IT Solution Manager or in a similar role
- You bring experience with business-critical applications, support, incident, problem and change management
- You have a good understanding of system landscapes, interfaces and integrations as well as knowledge of the Microsoft environment
- You have practical experience with Jira, backlogs, user stories, release processes and ideally Azure DevOps
- You are experienced in collaborating with external software developers and IT service providers and have strong analytical skills
- You have very good German and English skills
