Bricklayer as Practical Trainer

Your field of activity

• You teach our apprentices the bricklaying trade (primarily raw and facing brickwork) from the ground up and pass on your experience in a practical way
• You actively participate on our construction sites and contribute your expertise daily
• With your commitment, you support young professionals both professionally and personally and help them to develop their potential
• As a contact person, coach and role model, you accompany our apprentices in their development and, together with your team, ensure high-quality construction projects

Your foundation

• You have several years of practical experience as a bricklayer (preferably also as an AC bricklayer), a completed apprenticeship as a bricklayer EFZ is an advantage
• You enjoy working with young people and apprentices, accompany them enthusiastically in their development and impress with exemplary manners and strong social skills
• You can confidently read construction plans and work independently, in a structured and reliable manner
• With your high flexibility and commitment as well as good German skills in spoken and written form, you master your daily work routine with confidence
