Recruiter / Key Account Consultant Industry & Technical 100% (m/f/d)

With us, you take charge of the entire 360° recruitment process: from acquiring new clients to placing candidates, including follow-up and retention.

• You actively support clients in various sectors, such as industrial and other fields
• You conduct client visits and personnel needs analyses
• You manage the recruitment process: job postings, candidate search, interviews, file compilation
• You place candidates for temporary and permanent positions
• You ensure the follow-up and support of employees on assignment
• You use digital tools and networks to develop your client base and attract talent

• Federal VET Diploma or equivalent training in the technical field
• Initial experience in sales and/or recruitment
• Excellent communication skills, service orientation and commercial flair
• Good command of MS Office, social networks and CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce)
• Very good knowledge of French, German is an asset
• Category B driving licence required
