Your mission

• Deploy and ensure the follow-up of the occupational risk prevention approach (biological, chemical, physical, ergonomic, psychosocial and organisational).
• Manage case management of employees in absence or in complex health situations and coordinate actions for maintenance and return to work.
• Advise managers and collaborate with internal and external partners (AVASAD, OHS and safety specialists, insurance, external experts, occupational medicine, etc.)
• Lead OHS bodies, coordinate prevention actions and participate in institutional projects.
• Promote best practices in hygiene, infection prevention, ergonomics and use of protective equipment.
• Develop and update procedures, tools and communication materials related to occupational health and safety.
• Raise awareness and train employees to strengthen the culture of prevention.

Your profile and skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in health, human or social sciences
• Additional specialised training in occupational health and/or social insurance
• Training in project management or case management, an asset
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience in occupational health, community health, prevention or in a field related to health and safety.
• Mastery of the legal framework and the MSST system
• Proven skills in prevention and health promotion
• Excellent coordination and collaboration skills in networks and multidisciplinary settings
• Sense of perspective and global vision
• Emotional control and stress management
• Very good listening and analytical skills
• Diplomacy and communication skills
• Ability to prioritise
• Awareness and professional ethics
