Role:
In this role, you design the digital work environments of the future and develop solutions that have a tangible impact in practice. You take on the technical conception, implementation, and operation of modern workplace solutions on a large number of devices in demanding environments. You are responsible for the further development of management systems such as Intune, Autopilot, or Configuration Manager and implement automations with scripts and your own tools to ensure stability and efficiency. You analyse complex technical challenges in a structured manner and develop sustainable solutions in close exchange with the 3rd-level support. You always keep in mind that your decisions today shape the quality of tomorrow’s digital workplaces.
Responsibilities:
- You develop and operate the cantonal digital workplace from technical conception to implementation on around 8,000 devices.
- In this role, you continuously develop our workplace and the associated management systems such as Intune, Windows Autopilot / Microsoft Configuration Manager, and Intel EMA together with the team.
- You automate recurring processes with PowerShell and develop your own tools in C# or Rust to increase efficiency and stability in operations.
- In this role, you analyse complex technical problems and develop tailored solutions together with the 3rd-level support.
- You are directly involved in implementing your concepts and ensure that your developments remain sustainable in the long term.
Qualifications:
- Completed studies in computer science or successfully completed apprenticeship in the IT field.
- Solid practical experience with current Microsoft operating systems.
- Good knowledge of PowerShell, especially for settings, integrations, and interfaces.
- Structured, precise, and patient working style for sustainable problem solving.
- Strong future-oriented mindset with enthusiasm for process optimisation and automation.
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
