Technical Collaborator in the Construction Sector on a permanent contract at 100%

Main duties:

• Ensure the follow-up of construction files, publish public inquiries
• Check the compliance of construction projects submitted within the municipal territory
• Carry out general inspections and report illegal constructions
• Perform periodic building inspections within the framework of fire safety
• Participate in the development of safety concepts during events on the municipal territory
• Control fire safety when granting licences
• Analyse fire brigade access to buildings
• Carry out targeted inspections required by the ECAB or the municipal authority
• Collaborate in the "Energy City" labelling process
• Ensure the implementation of actions defined within the framework of the "Energy City" label

Desired profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as a building draughtsperson or any other training deemed equivalent
• Specialist in construction regulations
• With training and proven knowledge in fire protection
• Methodical, rigorous, autonomous, very good organisation and planning in work execution
• Sense of collaboration, interpersonal skills and ease of contact with the public
• Good knowledge of common office tools (MS Office) and a drawing programme
