Favre SA is a family business with 170 employees. It operates in the fields of building technology, reinforcing and merchant steels, hardware, and tools. To support its development and strengthen its teams, it is looking for a:

Operations Director 100% (M/F)

Your mission:

• Define and deploy the operational strategy in line with the Group's objectives.
• Ensure overall management of production, logistics, transport, and workshop activities across our various sites.
• Collaborate with human resources in managing and developing teams.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement measures.
• Lead industrial, logistical, and organisational optimisation projects.
• Develop a culture of performance, accountability, and collaboration.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and current legal directives.

Your profile:

• For this ambitious position, we are looking for a candidate with higher technical or economic education (HES Engineer, ES Business Economist or equivalent) and additional training in logistics.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an equivalent role is required.
• You have good knowledge in management, logistics, and project management;
• You are a good communicator and have the ability to manage a team.
• You are fluent in French and have good knowledge of German; English would be an asset.
