The Court of Justice is the highest cantonal authority. At the heart of a superior jurisdiction, the person will be responsible for assisting the judges of the Court of Justice (Civil Court) in their mission by autonomously managing the administrative tasks and monitoring the procedural files. The duties will also include preparing procedural documents, covering for colleagues, and generally contributing to the optimal functioning of the registry. Finally, this position involves being the primary intermediary with other jurisdictions, institutions, litigants, and lawyers.
This is a responsible role, set in a particularly sensitive yet fascinating context, requiring a strong sense of discretion and demanding special efforts in concentration, adaptability, and organisation not only to respond promptly to stressful situations but also to ensure effective management of daily issues arising in the administrative handling of procedures.
Your profile
Commercial professional maturity or a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee, complemented by three to five years of professional experience in a judicial environment or training/experience relevant to the position.
Specific knowledge:
Besides a general knowledge of law, particularly in the required field and judicial organisation, the role requires good writing skills as well as excellent command of the French language (grammar and spelling) and computer tools (Windows Word, Outlook, Excel).
Particular skills:
The candidate must have very good learning abilities, a keen sense of organisation and priority management. Dynamic, positive, and motivated, they possess a rigorous and methodical mindset while being open to change and able to adapt to a constantly evolving environment. A strong public service ethos, absolute discretion, and excellent presentation are essential. The successful candidate must demonstrate proven experience working in a team, show a strong spirit of mutual support, great flexibility, and excellent interpersonal skills.
