What you can contribute
- address interdisciplinary questions related to the implementation of health insurance
- participate in the implementation of regulations aimed at setting cost targets in compulsory health insurance (coordination, calculation and monitoring)
- develop scientific bases for the Federal Commission for Cost and Quality Monitoring in Compulsory Health Insurance and attend the commission meetings
- support the implementation of regulations concerning the article on pilot projects (evaluate applications, monitor projects, prepare legislative amendments)
- handle and coordinate Federal Council matters and parliamentary affairs of the division
- address cross-cutting themes, research questions and projects of international organisations within the division's competence
What makes you unique
- university degree or from a university of applied sciences in economics
- extensive knowledge of social insurance, the health system and the political system in Switzerland
- proven knowledge in project and process management
- a strong taste for analytical and conceptual approaches
- excellent communication skills
- good active knowledge of two official languages and, if possible, passive knowledge of the third
