Deputy Team Leader Patisserie

The hospitality at the Münsterlingen hospital campus offers you an interesting, lively workplace in a modern kitchen operation with a cold line, 1,800 patient meals per day, and a diverse dietary range. To complement the patisserie, we are looking for a deputy team leader from 1 December 2026 or by arrangement.

In addition to a vocational qualification as a confectioner/cook, you ideally have several years of professional experience, are eager to learn and a team player. Daytime operation without night shifts. Working hours are usually from 05:20 - 12:00 / 13:10 - 15:00 or 06:30 - 12:10 / 13:50 - 16:40.

The catering area includes the preparation of meals for patients, staff and events for the cantonal hospital, the psychiatric services Münsterlingen as well as external homes. This also includes a wide range of therapeutic diets, which is continuously updated in cooperation with nutritional counselling. Work in all areas of the kitchen rounds off the varied position.

In addition to a vocational qualification EFZ as a confectioner or cook, you ideally have several years of professional experience. You have an organisational flair, are a team player, efficient, flexible and enjoy working customer- and result-oriented.
