To complete our teams, in our building in Boudry, we are looking for a:
Quality Agent
The Quality Agent is responsible for managing the handling of non-conformities and actively contributing to the continuous improvement of quality processes. In collaboration with production, technical and logistics teams, they coordinate analyses, lead problem-solving initiatives and ensure the implementation of sustainable solutions guaranteeing our products meet our clients’ requirements.
Job description:
- Handle technical and aesthetic non-conformities in collaboration with the various departments of the manufacture.
- Manage corrective, preventive actions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance.
- Lead problem-solving sessions and contribute to the deployment of quality standards among teams.
Your tasks:
- Quality control and analysis: Perform technical and aesthetic analyses, use appropriate measuring tools (VideoCAD, QMT, OGP, spectrophotometer, etc.) and exploit results to identify deviations from quality standards.
- Non-conformity management: Identify defects, open and follow non-conformity files, coordinate various stakeholders and manage non-quality events with internal and external clients.
- Continuous improvement: Implement curative, corrective and preventive actions, lead problem-solving sessions (5 Whys, A3, RDP, etc.) and contribute to the sustainable improvement of processes.
- Quality system facilitation: Participate in formalising quality standards, support teams in their implementation, ensure dissemination of best practices and capitalise on feedback.
Your profile:
- Training and knowledge: Vocational diploma as laboratory technician, micromechanic, polymachinist or ES diploma, with proven experience in watch quality control. Additional training in metrology or quality assurance is an asset. Good mastery of reading plans, GPS dimensioning, dimensional and aesthetic control methods as well as quality tools and control statistics.
- Technical skills: Proficient with measuring tools (OGP, QMT, VideoCAD, spectrophotometer), QuickControl, SCREEN, Strategic software and MS Office. Good knowledge of problem-solving methodologies, metrology and watchmaking manufacturing processes.
- Personal qualities: Rigorous, methodical and with excellent analytical skills, you demonstrate autonomy, a good team spirit and constructive communication. Solution-oriented, you know how to unite different stakeholders around quality objectives and support change pragmatically.
