CNC Milling Machine Operator (m/f/d)
Your Tasks
- Responsibility for operating and setting up modern 4- and 5-axis machining centres
- Ensuring an efficient and trouble-free production process
- Performing tool changes as well as presetting and assessing tool wear
- Making corrections on the Siemens 840D control system
- Monitoring ongoing manufacturing processes
- Conducting quality checks on the produced workpieces
- Measuring components and documenting test results
- Identifying and resolving simple malfunctions in machine operation
- Adhering to quality and safety regulations
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of production processes
Your Profile
- Completed training as a polymechanic EFZ, cutting machine operator or comparable technical training
- Several years of experience as a CNC operator in milling
- Experience with 4-axis and ideally 5-axis machining centres
- Sound knowledge of Siemens 840D control system
- Experience in reading technical drawings
- Confident handling of measuring instruments and testing tools
- Independent, precise and reliable working style
- High quality awareness and technical understanding
- Willingness to work in a two-shift system
- Advantageous: knowledge of Heidenhain and experience in the measuring room
